What is ThatMoo Colostrum Powder?
ThatMoo is a bovine colostrum dietary supplement for adults. Each 2.3 g scoop contains 2,300 mg bovine colostrum, standardized to 25% IgG. It is designed to support normal immune function and help maintain digestive wellness.*
What does 25% IgG mean?
IgG stands for immunoglobulin G. The colostrum in each serving is standardized to 25% IgG, equivalent to 575 mg within the 2,300 mg colostrum serving. It is part of the colostrum amount, not an additional 575 mg.
How do I take it?
For adults: mix one scoop (2.3 g) in 6–8 oz (177–237 ml) of cold water or a favorite beverage. Consume within 10 minutes of mixing. Follow the label directions and do not exceed the recommended dose.
How long does a jar last?
Each 69 g jar contains 30 servings. At one serving per day, that is a 30-day supply. Two jars provide 60 servings, and three provide 90. Your selected delivery interval is shown before you add your bundle to the bag.
Does it contain dairy?
Yes. This is bovine colostrum and contains milk. It is not a dairy-free product. Check the full product label and allergen information before use.
How does Subscribe & Save work?
Subscribe and save 10% against the same bundle bought once, on every delivery. Suggested refills are every 28 days for one jar, 56 days for two jars and 84 days for three jars. How do the free guides work?

Returning customers qualify too, even if a previous order was for one jar. Guides are sent after payment for the qualifying order, not again with subscription renewals. Your downloads are yours to keep. The collection includes No-Heat Colostrum Recipes, 50 Fermentation Recipes, and Skin, Hair & Nails. No printed books are shipped. Download links are emailed after payment for a qualifying order. The fermentation and everyday-care guides are refreshed editions of previously published content.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the U.S. only, with free standard shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. military bases are excluded. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
What is your return and refund policy?

Change-of-mind returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want the product. This applies to both opened and unopened jars.
This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not meet requirements under applicable law.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible, within 30 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem and, where available, clear photos of the product, packaging and batch or lot number. Keep the product and packaging while we review the issue. Do not use a product if its safety seal is damaged or missing.
For confirmed damaged, faulty or incorrect items, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. We will provide a refund if a replacement is unavailable or does not resolve the issue, or where required by applicable law.
Missing or undelivered orders
If your order has not arrived by its estimated delivery date, contact us promptly. Please report a missing shipment within 30 calendar days after the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
If tracking says delivered but you cannot find your parcel, check the delivery location and with other household members, then contact us so we can investigate.
Incorrect addresses and unclaimed parcels
Please check your delivery address before ordering. If a parcel is returned because the address you supplied was incorrect or the parcel was unclaimed, additional delivery charges may apply. We will confirm any charge with you before arranging reshipment. This does not apply where the error was ours or the carrier's.
Contact us before returning anything
Do not send products back without contacting us first. If a return is required to resolve a confirmed product issue, we will provide instructions and cover the necessary return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee for these returns.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We will email you when the refund has been issued. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit. Free digital guides have no separate cash refund value; contact us if you need help accessing them.
Subscription orders
This policy applies to both one-time and subscription orders. You can manage, skip, pause or cancel future subscription deliveries through Manage subscription (https://thatmoo.com/apps/subscriptions) before your next charge. Cancelling future deliveries does not automatically cancel or refund an order already charged. Contact us immediately if you need help with an existing order; cancellation may not be possible once preparation has begun.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer law. The reporting timeframes above help us investigate promptly and do not replace any longer period provided by law.
