Cancellation policy

This policy explains how ThatMoo subscriptions renew and how you can manage or cancel them. One-time purchases do not renew automatically.

Automatic renewals and charges

When you choose a subscription and complete checkout, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method for the products, quantity and frequency shown at checkout. Your subscription continues until you cancel it.

Your initial and recurring amounts, subscription discount, and any applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout. Our current Subscribe & save offer gives 10% off the same bundle's one-time purchase price on the first order and every renewal.

Your renewal schedule

Our subscription intervals are every 28, 56 or 84 days, depending on the option you select. Plans labelled monthly, two-month or three-month use these respective day intervals, rather than calendar months. Your selected interval and next renewal date are shown in your subscription portal. Renewal dates are billing dates; delivery takes place after processing and shipping.

How to manage or cancel

Visit Manage subscription (https://thatmoo.com/apps/subscriptions) using the email address you used at checkout. Open the subscription you want to manage, select Cancel Subscription and complete the confirmation steps. You can also use the portal to skip an upcoming renewal or pause your subscription.

Make changes before your next scheduled charge to prevent that renewal from being billed. Check the updated subscription status and next renewal date after making a change. Skipping a renewal does not cancel the subscription.

If you need help accessing the portal or would like us to cancel for you, email airliefreedom@gmail.com with your order or subscription number and the email address used at checkout. There is no cancellation fee or requirement to receive a minimum number of repeat deliveries.

Orders already charged

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged. Contact us immediately if you need help with an existing order; cancellation may not be possible once preparation has begun.

Our Return and refund policy (https://thatmoo.com/policies/refund-policy) applies to subscription orders, including damaged, faulty, incorrect or missing items. Your rights under applicable consumer law are not affected.

Free digital guides

Qualifying two- and three-jar subscription starts include our free digital guides, including for returning customers. The guides are a one-time bonus and are not sent again with automatic subscription renewals. Cancelling your subscription does not remove access to guides already provided.
