About these terms
These terms apply to purchases from ThatMoo and use of thatmoo.com. In these terms, “ThatMoo”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the business operating this store, identified on our Contact information (https://thatmoo.com/policies/contact-information) page. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform we use to sell to you. ThatMoo is the seller responsible for your order.
Please read these terms together with our Shipping policy (https://thatmoo.com/policies/shipping-policy), Return and refund policy (https://thatmoo.com/policies/refund-policy), Subscription cancellation policy (https://thatmoo.com/policies/subscription-policy) and Privacy policy (https://thatmoo.com/policies/privacy-policy). By placing an order, you agree to the purchase terms presented to you. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Using the store and placing orders
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a purchase agreement to order from us. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details, and use only a payment method you are authorized to use. Keep any account credentials and subscription access links secure.
Review the product, jar quantity, purchase type, delivery address and total before completing checkout. One-time purchases do not renew automatically. If you select a subscription, the recurring terms apply as described below.
Products and availability
Product descriptions and labels provide the ingredients, quantity, directions and other information relevant to your purchase. Read the product label, including its allergen information, warnings and storage instructions, before use. Our colostrum product is a dietary supplement for adults.
Website content and digital guides provide general educational information, not personal medical advice. No particular health outcome is guaranteed.
We aim to keep product details and availability accurate. If an item becomes unavailable or we identify an error affecting your order, we will contact you. We will not substitute a materially different product or increase an agreed order charge without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will cancel the affected items and refund the amount paid for them.
Prices and payments
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The total, any applicable taxes, shipping charges and discounts are displayed at checkout before you place your order. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion charges if you pay using an account in another currency.
Discounts apply according to the offer shown when you order and are reflected in checkout. Price changes for future purchases do not change the agreed price of an order already placed.
We may decline or cancel an order if payment cannot be authorized, the delivery address is outside our shipping area, the product is unavailable, or there is a reasonable concern about fraud or unlawful use. If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the cancelled items, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions automatically renew and charge your selected payment method at the amount and interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Available billing intervals are 28, 56 or 84 days, depending on your selected option; these are not calendar-month intervals. Our current subscription offer gives 10% off the same bundle's one-time purchase price on the first order and every renewal.
You can cancel, pause or skip future renewals through Manage subscription (https://thatmoo.com/apps/subscriptions), or contact us for help. Make changes before the next scheduled charge to prevent that renewal from being billed. There is no cancellation fee or requirement to receive a minimum number of repeat deliveries. Cancelling future renewals does not automatically cancel or refund an order already charged.
We will notify you in advance of any proposed change to your recurring price or billing interval, give you the opportunity to cancel before it takes effect, and obtain consent where required by law. Shipping, cancellations and refunds
Our Shipping policy (https://thatmoo.com/policies/shipping-policy) describes eligible destinations, free standard shipping, processing, transit and delays. Contact us immediately if you need to amend or cancel an order already placed. Changes may not be possible once preparation has begun, without affecting cancellation or refund rights available under applicable law or our policies.
Our Return and refund policy (https://thatmoo.com/policies/refund-policy) applies to one-time and subscription orders. We do not accept discretionary change-of-mind returns, but provide remedies for confirmed faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing items as described in that policy and as required by law.
Free digital guides
Qualifying two- or three-jar one-time purchases and subscription starts include the free digital guide collection after payment. Returning customers qualify. The guides are a one-time digital bonus, not physical books, and are not sent again with automatic subscription renewals. Cancelling a subscription does not remove access to guides already provided.
The guides are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may download and print a personal copy, but may not sell or publicly redistribute the files without permission, except where permitted by law. They have no separate cash refund value. Contact us if you need help accessing them.
Website content and acceptable use
Website text, designs, branding and other content belong to ThatMoo or their respective owners. You may use the website to learn about and purchase our products. Do not use it for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malware distribution or interference with other users. These restrictions do not limit uses permitted by law.
Privacy and external services
Our Privacy policy (https://thatmoo.com/policies/privacy-policy) explains how personal information is handled in connection with the store. External websites and services linked from our site may have their own terms and privacy practices. Their use does not remove our responsibilities as the seller.
Your rights and resolving concerns
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer guarantees, remedies or liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
If you have a complaint or dispute, email airliefreedom@gmail.com with the relevant order details so we can try to resolve it. Contacting us does not prevent you from using any other remedy available to you.
Updates and contact
We may update these terms for future purchases. Updates do not retroactively remove rights under existing orders. Material changes to existing subscriptions will be communicated before they apply, with consent where required.
